Set on 17 acres in a certified International Dark Sky Community, the 177-room ADERO Scottsdale Resort features two large swimming pools for floating on your back and gazing up at the stars.
The resort’s luxury spa and large, modern fitness center with a wellness studio promotes a health-focused getaway.
Days unfold with a Sonoran Desert hike in the morning from the resort’s own trailhead. Wander along cacti-dotted terrain to take in the magnificent views in search of local wildlife along the route.

Sun, Swim & Soak
Afterwards come back for a swim in one of the two heated pools or schedule a massage at The Spa at ADERO. Morning water exercise class is held in the adult-only lap pool. Guests relax in one of the cabanas or daybeds while soaking up the resort-style vibe. The pools stay open daily until 10 pm, for celestial swims.

Guest Rooms and Suites
The newer six-story hotel is perched high on the buttes offering panoramic views of mountains and city lights. Room categories include Cliffside rooms with a flickering fireplace and balcony leading out to an endless expanse of starry skies.
The Celestial Corner Suites take full advantage of views with a private 250-square-foot wraparound balcony via two triple sliders. The Signature Dark Sky Corner Suites are the ultimate family stay as they can be reserved to connect to a Double Queen Room for an additional charge.

Culinary Adventures
Mornings and evenings bring the desert drama with painted sunrises and sunsets while sitting outside at the signature CIELO restaurant terrace. The Southwestern menu blends local desert flavors with sophisticated cooking techniques for appealing presentations.

Self-guided stargazing tours provide connection to the celestial wonders above you with the Star Walk app. The resort sets out a telescope for those seeking a closer look at the stunning night sky.

ADERO is slightly removed from the city, so it feels quieter than some Scottsdale retreats. It’s approximately 2,200 feet above sea level, and about 32 miles from Downtown Phoenix.
It’s an ideal spot for a wellness journey and discovering the mystery of nature and the cosmos.

Located next to Fountain Hills, there are pickle ball and tennis courts at the resort, and golf is just a courtesy shuttle away.
